High Tech Painting Services was started in 1990 by Mr. Thaddeus Washington. A painting apprentice for over twenty years, Thaddeus has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of painting. Thaddeus has also taken many courses on the subject of painting, so he can stay up to date with current trends.
High Tech Painting employs only professionals, so no job is too big or too small. We have a large assortment of professional equipment, we run background checks on all of our painting professionals.

Types of latex Paint
High Gloss paint has the highest luster; it is a highly reflective finish for areas where washability is crucial ,High gloss has a tendency to magnify surface flaws. The finish provides maximum durability It is grease resistant in the kitchen and mildew resistant in the bathrooms.
Medium or Semigloss paint also has a highly washable surface but with a slightly reflective finish.It tends to show surface flaws but not as obviously as high gloss paint does.
Eggeshell paint combines a soft finish with the washibility of a mediium/semigloss. Eggshell is shinier than a flat paint and provides a lustrous sheen without the reflectiveness of gloss.
Flat paint is an all purpose paint with a soft finish that hides surface irregularities. Flat paint provides greatest surface uniformity and gives walls a smooth look. Easy to clean but less washible than others.
A primer is an undercoat. sometimes gritty,designed to help the finish paint adhere and cover smoothly.
The best primers availible today can even seal out water and smoke damage.
